The meaning of the name
An abundance given as a gift, whose nature is to overflow and reach others.
In Surah al‑Kawthar, kawthar is understood as a river of abundance — good given freely, and meant to flow onward. It is the whole of what we intend: to create real value, steward it well, and let the good run past our own account into the homes we keep and the neighborhoods around them.
Our mark reads the same way. A doorway — shelter, a home, a threshold — opens onto a flowing current beneath it. Good, held above; good, flowing below.
